1. Services offered by the site
The Site offers the chance to benefit from web-to-print services (the “Services”).
To access the services, the user has to be registered on the Site. During the registration stage, the user will be asked to specify if they intend to register and therefore purchase goods as a company/professional or privately, specifying the user’s nationality. Only purchases made by private users will be subjected to the rules applicable to consumers.
All final product prices viewed on the site are shown in Euros or Pounds, with or without VAT, depending on the country or registration type. Product prices are subject to periodic changes and variations.
Shipping costs are considered as included for certain products and offers. For all other products, the shipping costs will be paid by the user.
2. Product selection and purchasing method
After being authenticated, the user will be able to proceed with the selection of products as described in the appropriate sections, by selecting them one after the other, customising them, and adding the required quantity to the shopping basket. Some images may be provided for information purposes and could differ from the final delivered product.
Except in the event the user does not opt for images or designs suggested by Pixartprinting for certain products, once the quotation has been confirmed and the payment has been completed (with the exception of cash on delivery and bank transfer payment options), the user will be asked to complete the order by uploading the file/artwork they wish to print in the “upload area”. The user remains the only responsible party for the verification of the contents, spelling and artwork of the uploaded files.
After selecting the desired products, an order checkout screen will be shown displaying the costs and total amount of the order.
3. Payments and uploading of contents
The client will be able to purchase products online and make payments by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via Paypal, Klarna, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery, as indicated on the site, by following the instructions provided for the chosen purchase procedure.
The necessary information for payment will be forwarded, by means of cryptographic protocols, to the payment institution which has been entrusted by Pixartprinting for electronic payments, without any third party being able to access the information.
Payments must be made in advance and only once the payment has been made and the file has been uploaded by the customer will the selected items will be put into production. Production begins at the moment the file is uploaded.
For payments via bank transfer, production will begin only after payment is received, and as a consequence delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days, in addition to the time needed for printing and shipping. In this case users should insert the order number in the payment description section to speed up the transaction.
For payments in cash on delivery, the order will pass directly to the production stage once the file has been uploaded. This purchase method has no bearing on delivery times. The invoicing of the purchased goods will take place during the shipment stage. Pixartprinting reserves the right at any time, after evaluating at its own discretion the circumstances of each case, to not accept this payment method. In this case, the user will be contacted immediately to agree on a new payment method.
Invoicing for all users is carried out by Pixartprinting during the purchasing stage. Invoices are available under "My Account". It is your responsibility to print all invoices and keep them for your records.
4. User responsibility for uploaded content
The selection of contents and images to be printed, as well as acquiring the authorisation for their reproduction, where necessary, is entirely the responsibility of the user. Pixartprinting will not under any circumstances check contents, apart from aspects related to the technical specifications and the artwork’s compatibility with the required specifications.
Pixartprinting may not be in any way held responsible for the non-authorised use of pictures by users or for any type of rights violation by third parties.
The user hereby releases Pixartprinting, undertaking therefore to indemnify it, from any responsibility to third parties that may complain about violations of intellectual property rights, damage to company image, honour, decorum, moral integrity or any monetary or non-monetary damage in consequence to the printing of images and contents uploaded by the user.
Pixartprinting reserves the right, at any time, to stop any order which shows a clear violation of intellectual property rights of third parties or if the contents are defamatory, violent or otherwise contrary to public law and morality.
5. Automatic verification of uploaded files
The Pixartprinting system automatically verifies format compatibility with regards to dimensions, resolution and the presence of open fonts, font verification and their conversion into paths, checking for any white overprinting and punching, as well as the conversion of Pantone colours to the best profile for the print requested (the system does not indicate Pantone colours present in the file, but converts them directly to CYMK).
In the case the file is not compliant, the system will block the order. In this case, the user will be advised immediately via email and asked to upload the file once again.
If the system does not reveal any problems, the file will automatically pass into production.
6. File check on request
At the request of the user, using the “File check” option, for an additional fee, the graphical and aesthetic aspects of your file may be checked by a professional Pixartprinting operator.
If you select this option, Pixartprinting will provide: graphical checking of layers, shaping paths, safety margins, the distance of the graphic elements from the edge of the print, front and back orientation, checking that .pdf files meet the specific requirements of magazines and/or catalogues, (spine size, number of pages, cover files), and verification of the correct graphic settings in the event the print requires folding.
Note that the file check system does not include an exhaustive layout check, spell check or checking for any photos missing inside magazines, catalogues or books.
7. Delivery and shipping times
The delivery of products will be carried out on the dates selected by the user during the payment stage. Times are calculated starting from the completion of the order, or rather the successful uploading of the file and receipt of the confirmation. Delivery dates are valid for most of any given country. Islands and more remote areas could require two or more extra working days.
The order will not be considered complete until the moment the file has been uploaded by the user and the related confirmation has been received. If the user does not upload the file within 15 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled and the user will be refunded in the event that payment has been made.
Shipping and delivery are guaranteed under the terms selected on the payment page providing that the purchase order is complete by 18:30 on the same day. Files or payment confirmations received after 18:30 are considered to have taken place the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday except for New Year’s Day, 6th Jan, 25th Apr, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th Aug, 1st Nov, 8th Dec, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Under no circumstance will Pixartprinting be held responsible for possible damages caused by a late delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal without penalties and without specifiying the reason, usually guaranteed to “consumer” users, does not apply to most services offered by Pixartprinting, as the goods provided are custom-packaged and personalised.
Only for certain products, where there isn’t any personalisation (for example in the event in which the user chooses a graphic or a drawing pre-provided by Pixartprinting or, in general, in all cases in which the user does not upload their own file for printing or does not choose personalisations with certain types of material, fabric, etc.), the right to withdrawal applies in favour of the consumer.
In this case, the consumer will be able to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the products. To exercise this right, the user will have to communicate the withdrawal to Pixartprinting within the 14 days after delivery, at the following address:
