Custom online gift wrap: let your imagination run wild

You can choose from a range of lightweight papers for your custom gift wrap:

  • 60 gsm and 80 gsm coated paper: this is a glossy, white, 100% cellulose coated paper, with a soft fold, meaning the whole of the sheets can be used, without a crease.
  • 20 gsm tissue paper: a very lightweight, thin and generally transparent paper used for packaging. Made with cellulose.
  • 60 gsm brown ribbed paper: brown paper is famous for its high level of durability, and it is the ideal product for wrapping more fragile products. Its ribbed surface is designed to be shockproof and to protect the contents of your package.

The print options are sure to meet your customisation needs:

  • Single-colour printing (white, gold, silver or bronze) on a plain background.
  • Printing on a coloured background, choosing from a vast selection of Pantone colours both for the background and the logo.

Custom gift wrap printing: formats and shipping

This product is available in five different formats, suitable for different uses:

  • 75x100 cm
  • 50x75 cm
  • 50x37.5 cm
  • 37.5x25 cm
  • 18x25 cm

The various sizes can be combined in three different mixes:

  • 50% 75x100 cm / 50% 50x75 cm
  • 50% 50x75 cm / 50% 37.5x50 cm
  • 25% 75x100 cm / 25% 50x75 cm / 25% 37.5x50 cm / 25% 25x37.5 cm

Each type of gift wrapping paper is sent in 10 kg packs on an 80x60cm pallet:

  • The 75x100 cm and 50x75 cm sheets are folded in half with a soft fold, so the paper is not damaged by a crease.
  • The other, smaller sizes are packaged flat.

The paper is wrapped in a protective transparent polypropylene sheet, and fastened with sticky tape. Corner pieces and a cardboard cover further improve the protection of your custom gift wrap during shipping.

Your files are checked automatically and free of charge to:

- Detect any non-embedded fonts
- Check fonts and convert them into vector paths
- Convert artwork with Pantone or RGB colours into the most suitable profile for printing
- Check the number of pages ordered matches the number in the artwork

If you choose to have your file checked by a graphic designer ($ 4.44) they will:

- Check there are no white overprints and correct them
- Check the distance of  the graphic design from the safe area
- Check the graphic design is within the safe area
- Check the orientation of the back and front
- Check PDF files for magazines and catalogues: spine dimension and cover file
- Check the graphic layout is correct if folds are required

Our Freereprint service protects you in case you or your client make any mistakes when creating the document. It enables you to get a reprint quickly and at no additional cost.

- You can send a corrected file for reprint with the same characteristics as the work you already received.
- Select Freereprint when ordering. The insurance is valid for a single reprint of the same print job.
- You can activate the reprinting of the insured goods directly from the My Account section. You have until 18:00 on the third working day after receipt of the goods to request it.
- On the day following your order we will send a courier to collect the defective goods. 
- On receipt of the new file the job will be reprinted within 72 hours.

The Pixartprinting PROMOCODE allows you to benefit from our exclusive offers.

How does it work? Simply insert the PROMOCODE in the designated box and click on “Activate Promocode” to calculate the new order total.

The promocode can only be used after you have logged into your Pixartprinting Account, meaning that you must be a registered user first. Registering with Pixartprinting gives you the additional benefit of always being updated about our new offers and exclusive promotions. If your code is registering as invalid, try logging in and re-entering the code, or check the spelling, as our promocodes are case sensitive.

The order needs to be placed before 12:00 pm.
The print-ready file needs to be sent before 12:30 pm on the day the order was placed.
Payment is required by 12:30 pm (excluding delivery) on the day the order was placed (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, B. transfer).
Delivery dates apply to most of the country. Deliveries to remote locations may take two working days or more. Files or payment confirmation (credit card, Paypal and bank transfer) received after the due date may result in delivery delays.

Delivery dates only take into consideration Italian holidays: New Year’s Day, 6th Jan, 25th Apr, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th Aug, 1st Nov, 8th Dec, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

The Template is a file that helps you to create and adapt your artwork for your chosen format. It requires a desktop publishing program to open and edit it, preferably a vector graphics editor.
The Instructions file contains all the information you need to create a print-ready file.

Send the file and track the printing process.
If the uploaded file does not comply with the rules it will not be sent for printing, which may postpone the delivery date.
Non-compliant files require action on your part - you will be sent a notification email to the address linked to your Pixartprinting account. Check your emails frequently to remain up-to-date.
